@TheChrisRayGun Lightfall could have been just ok but it felt like they made it slow and monotonous to string players along drive up engagement and profits whereas Shadowkeep just felt like they ran out of time in development

@TheChrisRayGun Lightfall was annoyingly bad, Shadowkeep was just kinda boring. Some people find boring more offensive but having to beat Lightfall to unlock the part of the expansion I actually wanted was so annoying

Shadowkeep was (if I recall correctly) right when Bungie split w/ Activision. It being mid seemed fine. Lightfall was supposed to be their Infinity War.
From that angle, Lightfall just failed in ways no other expansion did. Especially after how good Witch Queen was.

Stopped playing before the current expansion but still a bit sad to see it go. Had a lot of highs and lows but I enjoyed a majority of my time with it. Hope they make a sequel that breaks out of D2's restrictive framework and allows us to get really creative with buildcrafting

Overall I think this makes Affinity the deck to beat. I've Top 8'd 2 large RCQ's in recent months running it, it's already hard to cpunter. But I'm hoping this leads to more midrange shells coming up without having to worry about getting Arena-Phlaged once you grind them down

@Grunkey789 Yeah I do miss 6 slot singles. Wouldn't mind having a full stack in doubles as well just to see how it is

@CameraColossus Hard agree. It’s been an interesting learning curve, and def prefer it to 3v3 singles, those just feel bad tbh. Tho I do still wish they weren’t allergic to 6v6 singles

@Grunkey789 I had never really tried it because of how shit it felt in the main game but honestly it's way better than singles for pvp. Much more cool synergies and starts whereas singles feels like you find one go to and it works or doesn't and that determines the game's outcome

Slowking dropping a grenade then running with Futuresight into Chilly Reception is insane especially when you combo it into Fakeout on Mega Lopunny. Basically locks in a free knockout and you can U-turning back into Slowking and do it again. Everyone else is just for coverage
