I am off to have a big old bad molar extracted. It's my first visit to this dentist. Mine was in Rome but has semi-retired. I tried two others here in the village but they weren't so good. This is a bit of a risk and I am a bit scared.

Is anyone else not going to watch Children in Need? It seems like the BBC only want us when they want our money. Couldn’t care less about us otherwise.

My mum and dad’s house finally got sold today. All my childhood memories (good and bad) and the place where my Pa breathed his last. I’ll never go there again. I can’t quite take it in. This life thing is a bit painful at times, don’t you think?
