As someone who has had his last name mispronounced for his entire life, I understand wanting to let it go. I’ve had so many SIDs, TV/radio/podcast hosts, media conference call moderators, etc. mispronounce it, and I feel like a jerk going out of my way to correct it every time 😂

Impressive first regular season for Texas A&M coach Bucky McMillan. He didn't inherit a scholarship player, got hired more than two weeks after the portal opened and had arguably his best player, Mackenzie Mgbako, for only seven games. Yet the Aggies are an NCAA Tournament team.

Texas A&M announced it will have five (!!!!) completely open practices for the media this spring ahead of the Maroon and White Game. This is much appreciated — A&M hasn’t had that much practice access in a loooooong time … and it helps us media folks cover the team a lot better.
