@mirandahw_ You think that if you moved the sigh to the next hydrant over, the driver would start stopping there?

@SaveEGBN @YourMomDave1 @Johanne31785773 Why would anyone care how much steel goes into a foundation? Ridiculous. And yes, building are normally built over productive farmland. It's been like that since fucking antiquity.

A 2.5-second rocket flight that heralded decades of discovery in space! Today marks 100 years since the first successful test of a liquid-fueled rocket. Robert H. Goddard's achievement would have appeared unimpressive by most measures: His rocket flew just 41 feet in the air, landing in a nearby cabbage patch. Liquid-propelled rocketry has been the backbone of spaceflight ever since. 📷 by Esther Goddard on March 16, 1926 (Clark University Archive)

Today marks the 100th anniversary of the liquid propellant rocket made by Robert H. Goddard A century later, we’re still going on with astronomical progress influenced and powered by liquid propellant engines

That’s really cool and that does sound terrifying. But I prefer the keter (or whatever the new category system is)SCPs that have the more elaborate ways of being contained, than just pretending to be afraid of an entity who was easily tricked. 610 being one of my favorites

This shits child’s play, lemme tell you about the one that can take the form of whatever humanity is scared of so the foundation has to pretend his form from a black and white b movie is terrifying so that he doesn’t discover the concept of war and nuclear winter

I also want to note that the Proctor investigation plot was incredibly fun up until the moment it intersected with the Parasite. I genuinely can not imagine how much better the book would have been if it focused more on the Proctors and perhaps having them meet Adrianna

It even reframes the whole glassing of Earth into a reasonable act!!! Like, looking at it from the Compact's perspective, you're fighting a young star nation and they suddenly start pulling out parasite tech. You just don't have any other option than to cut out the infection!

Just finished reading the third book of The Last Angel and compared to the first two books... it's just bad. And the reveals in the last chapter are like a kick to the balls

“My favorite SCP is [series 1 SCP]” There’s nothing wrong with that. They’re very popular for a reason. “And my favorite Doctor is Doctor Bright. He shouldn’t have been deleted.” God dammit.

“I don’t read the wiki I watch SCP YouTube channels.” “Oh who do you watch? The Exploring Series? TheVolgun? SCP Illustrated? They’re all great SCP content creators.” “The Rubber.” “Oh.”

@luusssso Why did they bring the cameras, when they knew they wouldn't be able to bring them back? The weight was the reason to leave them? So, a couple of pounds would have made it impossible to return to earth? What a garbage story. You have to be retarted to believe that.
