August - 8600 July - 9600 June - 9600 May - 5389 April - 7000 March - 21667 February - 4892 January - 11000 Now, it's obvious that they do not have a limitless quota to issue ITAs, and since ITAs are directly related to the economic program quotas for PR for 2023-2024, a slowdown in ITAs being issued is expected. They will need to balance out these numbers. FHS quota for 2023 - 82880 Expected PNPs (EE Linked) for 2023 - 35-40,000 FHS quota for 2024 - 109020 Expected PNPs (EE Linked) for 2024 - 38-44,000 Final note - Please understand that the number of ITAs is not the same as the annual PR quota. PR quota is for the number of people who successfully become a PR and ITA is for an invitation to a profile. ITAs can be declined or rejected and 1 successful ITA can indicate multiple people in the same application.

For instance, if I apply for PR with 4 persons in my family, so the application will be just 1 but persons will be 4. I hope you get my point.
