Why Alberta Must Separate: Survival Against Federal Tyranny. Fellow Albertans, our union with Canada now threatens our freedoms and survival. The Federal Court of Appeal upheld the 2024 ruling that the Trudeau government’s Emergencies Act invocation during the 2022 Freedom Convoy was unreasonable and violated Charter rights—freedom of expression, peaceful assembly, and protection against unreasonable search and seizure. This pattern of rights violations, seen in lockdowns and protests, shows Ottawa treats citizens as subjects, not sovereign individuals.Natural law (Aquinas, Locke, Blackstone) holds that the right to life precedes government and includes self-defense, which requires effective weapons. “Public safety” claims that disarm civilians deny this right outright. Disarmament turns natural rights into state privileges, monopolizing force for criminals and government. Firearm rights exist to limit power, not serve it.Canada’s gun bans prove this tyranny. The 2020 prohibition of over 1,500 firearm models came not from Parliament or a voted bill, but an undemocratic Order in Council, an executive decree. The RCMP then added prohibitions to their internal Firearms Reference Table (FRT), a spreadsheet-like database, without public input or transparency. Critics argue that the RCMP effectively crafts policy through the FRT, despite it being an administrative tool rather than a legal instrument. The official public version is a massive, unwieldy PDF (often hundreds of megabytes and tens of thousands of pages), nearly impossible for citizens to navigate. A private company, Armalytics, had to create a searchable, user-friendly version of the FRT data to provide real accessibility, exposing how opaque and unaccountable this RCMP system is. Overnight, tens to hundreds of thousands of law-abiding owners became “paper criminals” with no trial, no due process, and often no notification. These Canadians have committed no crime, they purchased and owned their firearms legally in the past, under the laws at the time. Yet they are instantly guilty of serious crimes, up to 10–14 years in prison for possession, without ever being accused or tried. The government’s “temporary amnesty” does not mean they are merely suspected; it confirms they are already guilty under the law, granted only a limited reprieve from prosecution while they surrender property that was legal when acquired. Amnesty admits the guilt imposed by fiat, not justice. In summary, the Canadian government's unlawful actions include improperly invoking the Emergencies Act to suppress peaceful protests, violating Charter rights to expression, assembly, and security against unreasonable search and seizure; imposing gun bans through executive decrees that bypass democratic processes; and relying on an opaque RCMP FRT system to effectively criminalize innocent citizens without trial or due process for legally owning property. This systemic pattern of abusing power, ignoring constitutional limits, and treating rights as revocable privileges marks the federal government as one that operates outside the rule of law, endangering the very citizens it claims to protect and justifying extreme measures like provincial separation to escape its overreach. This is egregious: a government repeatedly condemned for rights violations has decreed thousands of its best citizens criminals without trial, for owning what was lawfully bought. Alberta cannot survive under such out-of-control tyranny that overrides provincial realities, energy, and self-defense rights. We’ve resisted via the Alberta Firearms Act, but violations persist. Separation is now inevitable for survival. An independent Alberta would protect natural rights in our own constitution, free from Ottawa’s decrees, securing true prosperity and sovereignty. Reclaim our future. #AlbertaIndependence #Wexit #NaturalRights

One wrong move by government here, and you will see, at the very least, 250k Irish people descend on the capital in a blink. They must step down, there is no other way. I cannot see another way. We have already heard the warning of using the army against its own people. We have heard the threat that they will come for the protestors after the protest ends. We have then seen the attempted character assassinations on the protest leaders. None of this has worked an iota as every single person in this country, outside of the political paywall and even within, is wide awake to it. These threats, as well as being pitiful, are now futile. Where else do they think they are going here? Government, you have no more moves. You’re going nowhere but out I am afraid. It is check mate. The gig is up. I don’t condone it, I don’t call for it, just calling it as I see it. Sláinte 🥃⚔️

The internet loves its receipts just as much as the Jews love stabbing people in the back whilst crying victim. "My revenge on Sweden is Malmö".
Henrik ⨁ 🇸🇪 🇺🇸 ᛉ ᛏ ᛟ@Henrik_Palmgren

I just love how this jewess @NiohBerg keeps pretending that jews had nothing to do with the brownification and replacement of Swedes. Where do we begin? Barbara Spectre of Paideia, David Schwartz leading the pro-immigration debate in Sweden in the 60’s onwards. Israel funded IsraAid bringing migrants to Europe together with HIAS, JCORE. Jonathan Lehman of antifa outlet Expo doxing and threatening nationalists in Sweden, Dan Schueftan of the Israel Defense Force's National Security College famously saying ”my revenge on Sweden is Malmö” (where Swedes are the most replaced.) How about all the Israeli/Neocon started wars that drove migrants from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Libya, Lebanon and now Iran. Nioh Berg can download this video that someone else uploaded 8 days ago and post it on her own account and monetize the outrage over how Sweden used to look in the mid 90s. Pretended all of this just happened one day. Posing as being on your side, White man. Pretending she is concerned about the replacement genocide of the goyim, Amalek or Esav. These jews have no shame and they will lie straight to your face and keep obfuscating the issue, confusing you will their deception. When called out, they just ignore it and keep moving forward, pretending that they are as concerned as you, about their replacement of us. Dregs and filth.

SHOCKER OUT OF CANADA: I think the clerk working for the government of Canada’s new jab “impact” program may have accidentally let slip more than she intended with respect to the previous company that was governing jab injury claims. After saying “I can’t say what I found” in her review of the prior program, she proceeds tell Dan Hartman to RE-FILE his claim. That this time, she says, it’s going to be a “real doctor” who reviews his claim. A “real doctor”? Who exactly was reviewing claims previously? Recall, Dan’s son, Sean, passed away 33 days after taking his first Pfizer jab. He was 17. Dan filed his claim years ago. It was initially rejected. He filed an appeal three years ago, and has heard nothing since. Now the program has been taken over by the federal government because of things that this clerk “cannot say” were going on under the prior program administration. And he is being told to start his application from scratch. This is absurd and horrendous. Share and put in blast. (reposting because for some reason, yesterday this post received a “graphic warning” label, if you can believe)

Canada has just undergone political coup in Ottawa. Never in Canadian history has a majority government been elected by the politicians floor crossing, rather than by the voters themselves. It can no longer be said the House of Commons represents Canadians in good faith. We are now under the unelected dictatorship of the Mark Carney regime. All while Canadian state sponsored media happily applauds their secured salaries. Canadians, have you had enough yet?

Jordan Peterson explains Hayek’s “knowledge problem” argument “The proposition that central planning will work is the proposition that you can substitute one expert mind for a million distributed expert minds.” “That’s obviously not the case, because each person is going to have knowledge that pertains to their locality that isn’t accessible to everyone. So it’s much better to let everyone make the decisions and sum them.”

Big Brain Business
Big Brain Business@BigBrainBizness·
Marc Andreessen breaks down the exact personality profile that separates true innovators from everyone else: According to him, it's a specific combination of five personality traits, each spiked toward the extreme, that almost never shows up in the same person. He walks through each one using the Big Five framework: The first is very high openness. Not just in one domain, but across the board. This is why many of history's great innovators were unusually creative people outside their main field too, because the trait doesn't discriminate. But openness alone isn't enough. "If you're just open, you could just be curious and explore, and spend your entire life reading and talking to people and never actually create something." The second trait is extreme conscientiousness, meaning the willingness to apply yourself to a single thing over many years. @pmarca is pointed about how this reality gets buried under myth: "The stories told about these people... there's this kid, this stroke of genius, this moment in time... And it's no — for most of these people it's years and years of applied effort." Here's where the profile gets genuinely rare: openness and conscientiousness are opposing traits. Open people drift. Conscientious people grind. Being extreme in both is vanishingly rare. The third requirement is high disagreeableness. The innovator must be able to hold their conviction when everyone around them says the idea is stupid. And the world will say it's stupid: "The reaction most people have to new ideas is, 'Oh, that's dumb.'" An agreeable person folds and stops pulling the thread. The innovator keeps going, not out of arrogance, but because they structurally don't bend to social pressure. The fourth trait is high IQ, which Andreessen treats as the price of entry: "It's hard to innovate in any category if you can't synthesize large amounts of information quickly." The fifth and final trait is relatively low neuroticism. The innovator has to withstand years of hard work with no guaranteed outcome, and too much anxiety makes that simply unsustainable. The bottleneck in innovation was never capital, or the quality of ideas — it was always the rarity of a single person carrying all five traits at once. And on the rare occasion that person exists, that's exactly where breakthroughs come from.

Alberta law allows the same for Mitch Sylvestre's independence petition. If you haven't signed yet, do it ASAP — every signature counts toward building support for the Oct 19 ballot.

🚨 IRELAND’S MIGRANT PLANTATION CAMPS While Irish farmers, hauliers and businesses are being crushed by insane new laws and crippling fuel duties, the government is quietly building mass camps across the country. These are not for genuine refugees. They are being filled with armies of military-age men from unknown backgrounds. This is not immigration. This is the deliberate replacement and erasure of the Irish people. The scale of this betrayal is sinister and evil beyond words. The Irish are being sold out in their own country.

Elon Musk
Elon Musk@elonmusk·
Accurate
Ricardo@Ric_RTP

In 19 days, a jury in Oakland is going to decide whether the entire legal foundation of the AI industry is built on fraud. Everyone thinks the Musk vs Altman lawsuit is a billionaire grudge match. Two egos, one grudge, a $150 billion damages number designed for headlines. Easy to dismiss. Easy to scroll past. That's exactly what Altman wants you to think. Because what's actually on trial on April 27 is something much BIGGER than Elon's hurt feelings... A jury is going to decide whether you can legally take billions of dollars in nonprofit donations, use them to build the most valuable technology in human history, and then quietly convert that nonprofit into a for-profit company worth $850 billion. If the answer is no, the entire AI industry has a problem. Because OpenAI is not the only company that did this: Anthropic was founded by OpenAI defectors using the same nonprofit-first mission language. xAI pitches itself as building AI "for humanity." Every frontier lab has used the moral cover of "we're doing this for the good of the world" to attract talent, capital, and regulatory goodwill they would have never gotten otherwise. An Elon win doesn't just touch OpenAI. It creates a legal precedent that every AI company built on a nonprofit or public benefit promise becomes vulnerable to shareholder and donor clawback suits. That's why this case matters. And that's why Altman is panicking. Just look at what he did this week: Elon filed a motion demanding the court remove Altman and Brockman from their roles and FORCE OpenAI to return to its nonprofit origins. Then he amended the suit to say if he wins the $150 billion, all of it goes to OpenAI's charity arm. Not him. Zero dollars to Elon personally. That amendment was surgical. It stripped Altman of his entire public defense. He can no longer claim this is about Elon's ego or Elon's bank account. Elon is now legally on record saying he just wants the mission back. OpenAI's response was to panic-write a letter to the California and Delaware attorneys general asking them to investigate Elon for "anti-competitive behavior." Their strategy chief publicly accused Elon of coordinating attacks with Mark Zuckerberg. They called the lawsuit "harassment driven by ego and jealousy." That's NOT the response of a company that thinks it's going to win. Real companies with real defenses don't ask the government to silence the person suing them 3 weeks before trial. They let the evidence speak. OpenAI is scrambling because they know what's in discovery. Elon's team has been building this case for two years. Emails, board minutes, internal conversations about the conversion. The kind of paper trail that juries understand and executives can't explain away. And the timing couldn't be worse... OpenAI is trying to IPO at $852 billion. They just raised $122 billion. Microsoft has $135 billion of exposure to them. A jury verdict that even partially sides with Elon in late April or May would crater the entire IPO runway and send shockwaves through every major AI investor on Earth. This is why Altman spent the last 2 weeks doing press tours and policy blueprints and "super intelligence agendas" aimed at Washington. He's trying to REFRAME himself as the responsible statesman of AI right before a jury decides if he's a con artist. Most people will watch this trial start and think it's celebrity drama. The smart money is watching it and realizing that the legal foundation of the AI boom is about to be tested in court for the first time EVER. And if that foundation cracks, everything built on top of it is at risk.

🚨Alberta Out! 🚨 Join the Movement!! I posted this 9 months ago. Never rang truer than now. If you disagree, then vote with passion the other way. That is democracy. I will be sitting down with Keith Wilson in the coming months to have the most fulsome and robust conversation ever recorded on the subject. If you don’t know who he is, I suggest getting informed and following him immediately. I started this podcast to help educate the masses on the benefits of our energy sector and gross misinformation combined with muffling policies that this government has continued to push against us. I also like to defend our culture, our way of life. Because it Is a culture. Along the way I’ve veered into all kinds of interesting discussions, but somehow we ended up here, talking about forging a new path, together. And I can tell with you great conviction, I believe this is our only chance for a shot to preserve what’s left. That is all.
