The Sheehan Report into #footballindex confirmed that FCA raised that sports spread betting is within the FCA's perimeter. This was completed in July or August 2021.

Had a busy week on #footballindex stuff and now have just received an email from the Parliamentary Ombudsman regarding my Treasury complaint which I will spend some time on tomorrow. Updates on everything when I can.

Found out that @ThamesVP spent £7m of their budget investigating the HBOS fraud at Reading which was never replaced by Govt. Is this the reason they ignored #footballindex as it would be too expensive to investigate?

6 years ago yesterday #footballindex instant sell was switched off. 40% of sells used it. The algorithm was set so that spreads would widen to prevent a mass sell-off. It was vital for the platform. So why was that decision made? Commissions and Confidence evaporated. Fatal!

Any of my followers tax advisors? Or Lawyers linked to tax advice? Or know anyone? Brain working overtime today and I have thought of something that I would like to get more info on.

Not gonna sugar coat it that call was depressing. No good news to share. Need to assess next steps over the next few days regarding #footballindex

So this was the primary update from the @appgonifandffs summit yesterday which is calling for more oversight of the FCA via a Royal Commission and for Parliament to reclaim its role in financial regualation which is interesting as that is my accusation regarding #footballindex

Never for get what this lying turd did to us! Enabled by @GamRegGB ignored by @TheFCA and covered up by @DCMS and @hmtreasury 5 years on #footballindex victims still wait for justice!

Just to follow on from my posts yesterday there are still plenty of other avenues being explored other than legal action. Legally we are right but that doesn't mean it's clear cut. This type of legal action is hugely expensive (could be £millions) which we wouldn't be able to do.

Hopefully I can provide a positive update soon as the 5th anniversary of Bohan shafting us is almost upon us!
