Excuse me, but why are we NOT talking about the extreme dearth of healthcare practitioners who are expertly educated in cannabis health science? Shouldn't we be preparing these practitioners for the upcoming wave of Veterans needing support as they use cannabis as medicine?

High strength cannabis represents better value for money. Just learn how to dose properly and you'll be fine. If they reduce THC content by law the quality will suffer, you'll spend more money and be inhaling more harmful elements of the plant.
