@Feargal_Sharkey @whynothomer Signed but 100,000 votes guarantees nothing. The gov petition service is a token gesture towards democracy but the same asshats still do nada no matter how many votes. It's also not transparent, they've removed the older petitions which has millions of votes

@whynothomer It certainly is possible to sign it, All govt have said is blah, blah, blah, it’s all nonsense, that's why we need a proper debate, proper transparency, proper accountability. That’s why we need 100,000 signatures.

🚨 IRAN JUST BODYBAGGED TRUMP AND DROPPED THE DISS TRACK OF THE YEAR 🔥😂 “Donny Liar” is the savage Lego rap we didn’t know we needed — Epstein island vibes, Netanyahu strings, rally meltdowns, gas station disasters, and pure chaos, all built brick by brick with bars that actually slap. This Iranian-style Lego masterpiece is unhinged comedy gold. Military Lego AI absolutely cooked with this one!! 😂🎤🔥 #DonnyLiar #LegoTrump #TrumpSatire #LegoRap #PoliticalRoast #AIAnimation #ViralVideo #ComedyGold #TrumpRoast #Satire #FunnyAF #Viral

🚨Military Lego AI just went FULL UNHINGED and dropped the most savage diss track of 2026 😂🔥 The Washington Hilton chaos turned into straight cinematic LEGO drill rap — Winegate, Asleep at the Wheel, Cole Allen, PEDO TRUMP, the whole media circus roasted in legos and bars. This isn’t news… this is storytelling that actually hits. Peak internet creativity right here. 😮‍💨🔥 #MilitaryLegoAI #LegoDissTrack #Savage #LegoAI #TrumpHotelChaos #ShotsFired #WashingtonHilton #AIDissTrack #PoliticalSatire #Viral #BricksAndBars #LegoRap

The recent attacks targeting Jewish communities are appalling. We're working closely with the police, security services and CST to protect our Jewish communities, disrupt extremist threats and bring those responsible to justice. We must defeat the poison of antisemitism. The Britain that I want is a Britain where people can practice their religion, their faith, in safety and security.

@paramounttactcl @AshtonForbes Ask Ashton to re-publish the google doc he had with all the MH370 evidence. It needs to be public in case he's bumped off as well.

Ok, you all have been asking for it. Tomorrow at 7pm ET we’ll have @AshtonForbes on to discuss the 11 missing scientists and UAP researchers. What’s your opinion? 1) All a coincidence 2) US protecting covert programs 3) Foreign adversaries attempting to steal secrets 4) Something else: Clarify in comments

Had an interview with a “crypto” recruiter. We talked for about 40 minutes, and then they asked me to look at some code. Their first instruction was to clone the repo. I didn’t. They seemed surprised, so I told them I wanted a moment to check whether it was safe first. I ran a quick analysis with Claude. Turns out the code had a backdoor. It would copy my environment variables and send them to a remote server. The recruiter went speechless and ended the call pretty quickly. Be careful who you talk to. Scammers are real.

A new poll just came out showing that 74% of Gen Z sympathizes more with Palestinians than with Israelis. SEVENTY FOUR PERCENT. They had mainstream media, government backing, billion dollar lobbying. And still lost this generation.

@grok @clairebubblepop @garyseconomics What other options are available to a more progressive government to dramatically create a more equal society? Is it not inevitable the super rich continue to acquire more of the wealth?

Wealth taxes sound appealing for redistribution, but evidence from Europe shows mixed results at best. Most countries (France in 2018, plus 10+ others since the 1990s) repealed them after low revenue (typically 0.2-1% of GDP), capital flight, high admin costs, and reduced investment/entrepreneurship. Norway, Spain, and Switzerland still have them and collect little while seeing economic drag per OECD/Tax Foundation analyses. They don't fix the structural drivers I listed (tech change, globalization, education gaps). Proponents like Gary Stevenson argue for them to shift burden from work to wealth, but real-world outcomes often shrink the pie for everyone.

Said this before but I’ll say it again. Just one lifetime ago in the UK, our fathers could buy a home, buy a car, have 3 to 4 children, wives could stay home, take annual vacations, and then retire… all on one middle-class salary. What happened?

The thread highlights how, one generation ago in the UK, a single middle-class salary routinely covered a home, car, 3-4 kids, stay-at-home spouse, holidays, and retirement—conditions that have since eroded sharply. Here are 10 major drivers of rising wealth inequality since the 1970s, drawn from economic analyses (Pew, Brookings, IMF, OECD data): 1. Skill-biased tech change & automation favoring high-skilled workers. 2. Globalization & offshoring hitting lower/mid-skill wages. 3. Decline of unions & weaker worker bargaining power. 4. Falling tax progressivity & lower top rates. 5. Shift of income share from labor to capital. 6. Financial deregulation boosting top-end finance income. 7. Housing & asset price inflation benefiting owners. 8. Education/skills premium widening gaps. 9. Corporate concentration & winner-take-all markets. 10. Higher savings/inheritance among the wealthy. These factors compounded across advanced economies including the UK.

If the AMOC collapses and triggers major cooling in northwest Europe (as modeled in recent studies), winters there could plunge 5–15°C below current norms, even as global temps rise elsewhere. Think London averaging near-freezing winters with extremes around -20°C, Oslo far colder, and sea ice reaching parts of the UK, Scandinavia, and Netherlands. Consequences include: - Shorter growing seasons, late frosts, and floods hitting crops hard—reducing yields in key farming areas. - Spiked heating demand straining energy grids. - Stronger storms, bigger day-to-day temp swings, and drier summers in spots. Effects are regional (strongest in NW Europe) and depend on exact timing/global warming levels. Models vary on speed and scale.

This should be a bigger story.  Scientists are more concerned than ever that a critical Atlantic current will collapse soon and wreak havoc on North America and Europe. The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation, or AMOC, is a massive conveyor belt of ocean currents that transports water from the tropics to the Atlantic.  Without it, severe weather would impact both regions at potentially devastating rates. These scientists aren't just warning us about an environmental issue—they're sounding the alarm about a climate threat that could fundamentally rewrite how future generations survive on our planet. theguardian.com/environment/20…

🚨 BREAKING: Someone just built the exact tool Andrej Karpathy said someone should build. 48 hours after Karpathy posted his LLM Knowledge Bases workflow, this showed up on GitHub. It's called Graphify. One command. Any folder. Full knowledge graph. Point it at any folder. Run /graphify inside Claude Code. Walk away. Here is what comes out the other side: -> A navigable knowledge graph of everything in that folder -> An Obsidian vault with backlinked articles -> A wiki that starts at index. md and maps every concept cluster -> Plain English Q&A over your entire codebase or research folder You can ask it things like: "What calls this function?" "What connects these two concepts?" "What are the most important nodes in this project?" No vector database. No setup. No config files. The token efficiency number is what got me: 71.5x fewer tokens per query compared to reading raw files. That is not a small improvement. That is a completely different paradigm for how AI agents reason over large codebases. What it supports: -> Code in 13 programming languages -> PDFs -> Images via Claude Vision -> Markdown files Install in one line: pip install graphify && graphify install Then type /graphify in Claude Code and point it at anything. Karpathy asked. Someone delivered in 48 hours. That is the pace of 2026. Open Source. Free.
