I went to a remote Scottish cabin with the extended family. While there I was checking out Grindr to catch up on some messages and saw there was another man on the app only 20m away. The only people less than 20m away were family. And all the men are married. As am I.

Arm update! Today I have seen Dr’s and Physio’s who have been wonderful. I’ve had scans (I’ll spare you the grim details) and although it’s feeling a bit better today, the issue is, we don’t know if I can actually use my arm to dance.

Somebody I went to school with is sorta-famous now. He wrote a memoir and alleged school was hard for him because he was singled out as different. I knew him as the kid who made fun of me on the bus. I'm incredibly bitter about it to this day.

Good morning. I could spend my life correcting guff in the papers but this one is important ⬇️ It is entirely incorrect. I am great friends with Louise - can’t wait to go to her book launch next month - and was always supportive of her in her ‘battle with the corporation’. She and I were paid exactly the same for BBC Breakfast from the first day I sat on the sofa. I did also get paid for presenting Football Focus (completely different job for a different department) at the same time but our salaries for Breakfast were identical. Have a good one 👍
