The NYPD spent $150 Million *extra* last year to catch people who weren't able to afford to pay the subway fare. They owed just $104,000.
$150 million could buy free fares (at going rate) for 95,000 poor New Yorkers per year.
Instead four people shot, including an officer.

NYPD shot 4 people, including one of their own officers, over a $2.90 fare evasion. They shot at someone over $2.90. This is what we mean when we say police protect property (wealth), not people.

@jacobinfante24 I’ve never understood the love for RoJo. He’s never shown anything other than being just a guy. Solid, sure, and a good blocker. Ok. But there is absolutely nothing special about him and if Swift got injured, having Roshon carry the load would be, like, really bad.

Khalil Herbert is a talented RB who brings value to an NFL offense.
That said, the #Bears have a capable duo in Swift and Roschon. Homer and Wheeler brings ST value, and Velus takes reps at RB. As much as I like Herbert, he might benefit from a trade.

@Isle_of_dog @richard_normal Where’s the proof Jesus even existed? It’s not clear that Jesus is an actual historical figure. The Bible is not a history book. And if Jesus did exist, and was crucified (of which no known records exist) then we certainly don’t know who killed him besides the Romans.
