Let's walk through what we know -- and don't know -- in the allegations against Justice Diana Hagen after a judicial conduct complaint claims she had an affair with one of the lead lawyers on Utah's redistricting case. 🧵 abc4.com/news/politics/…

Here's a full statement we received from the Supreme Court in response to the investigation into Justice Diana Hagen's alleged relationship:

And apparently, Cheylynn Hayman, another attorney who is a shareholder in the firm where this Reymann dude works, Is the chair of the Judicial Conduct Commission, Which refused to investigate this when people discovered what was going on!

>@allymutnick in @PunchbowlNews AM: A top Democrat running for an open congressional seat in Utah has authored a slew of offensive posts on internet forums, denigrating Mormons and making crass jokes about women and sexual assault. Here’s just a sampling of the posts written more than a decade ago by Utah state Sen. @NateForUtah: – Blouin recommended buying a GoPro camera “for filming porn with your underage sister.” – Blouin repeatedly referred to people as “cunts,” used the word “retarded” and threatened to “skull fuck” someone. – Blouin described the Church of the Latter-day Saints as “a bunch of bigoted assholes” with an “ideology fostering ignorance and intolerance.” – Blouin called Mormons the worst part of living in Utah and wrote that the “LDS church is DEFINITELY just a front for the largest US drug cartel.” – Blouin said an LDS missionary visiting his house had inadvertently seen a pornographic image he was viewing. – Blouin also said he “took a shit in the corner of an LDS church parking lot.” punchbowl.news/archive/41526-…

Long story short: UVU is heavily involved in the Dignity Index process, was before Kirk's assassination. And yes, the President of UVU appears to be directly involved. Dignity Index has its roots in democratic regime change abroad. Having the worst "bridge building" failure in modern US history at the ground zero for replicating it in the USA was a major embarrassment - so they had no choice except to institutionally assemble within an hour and double down. All this with receipts tomorrow.

Usage of the word ‘Dude’ in the United States.
