The Great Salt Lake is on life support and we're supposed to trust that a 9-gigawatt, gas-powered data center on its shore is fine? Don't let up. The Supreme Court is once again complicit in Republicans' assault on our democracy. This decision will disenfranchise millions of voters, gut protections for communities of color, and embolden racial discrimination in our elections. This ruling is a stain on our democracy and a damning reminder of how urgently we need a Court that protects all Americans, not one that bends to a radical, unaccountable majority.
