EVOLUT LOW RISK TRIAL 4-Yr Results: 🎯 TAVR patients maintain durable outcomes & better hemodynamics than SAVR over 4 years. 🎯 26% reduced hazard for death or disabling stroke in Evolut TAVR vs SAVR, with diverging curves. 🎯 Lower mean gradients & higher EAs with Evolut TAVR at all check-ins. 🎯 85% of TAVR patients had minimal PVR; no significant group difference for moderate or greater PVR. 🎯 Valve performance indicators like high gradients & severe PPM favored TAVR, with similar thrombosis rates. #TCT2023
