Not based on THIS video clip alone, it's not murder.
The man here was advancing on a woman who had backed up as she was pointing a gun at him.
It would, of course, be helpful to hear the woman's accounting of why she felt it necessary to shoot him--but it's not hard to imagine an accounting that would be consistent with at least a reasonable doubt that the shooting could have been lawful self-defense, which is all the law requires for justification.
