Singh came into the country illegally in Arizona in 2023 and was RELEASED into our country by the Biden Administration. ICE is asking Gov Newsom and California sanctuary politicians to NOT release him onto the streets. The governor of a state has nothing to do with the DMV or licensing. Updated 4-1-26 Here is the process necessary to obtain a CDL in CA. legalclarity.org/how-to-get-a-c… You must first have a legal state driver's license. That requires a minimum of a birth certificate or Visa to acquire.
