“Sudden And Unexpected”
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink Admits Americans Will Fund Their Own Digital Future BlackRock’s CEO has openly said that trillions of dollars from ordinary Americans’ pensions and retirement savings will be needed to build the massive data centers powering the AI explosion. In other words, your super, your 401k, your savings… are being lined up to finance the enormous infrastructure that will run the coming digital surveillance and control system. While we worry about AI taking jobs and privacy disappearing, the biggest money managers are busy redirecting retirement funds into the very tech that will track and manage everything. Coincidence? Or just the next phase? Full story: thepeoplesvoice.tv/blackrock-ceo-… What do you think .. are we sleepwalking into this or is it all by design?

OIL SIEGE DAY = 84 Not much is going to happen between Memorial day and June; so 90 days is baked in. Days are flying by as if nothing is happening; the world is consuming oil at the fastest rate possible (106 mbpd) with no worries. Thing may start getting hectic after August or September or so.

If you are coming to our beautiful city of Pittsburgh for the draft next weekend, here are 10 things to know that may make your stay more enjoyable. 1. If you see a chair in a parking spot, don't move it and park your car there, unless you want your car keyed. 2. If you order a salad at a restaurant, don't be shocked if it comes with fries on top. 3. Make the effort to visit Mt Washington overlook. It's a stunning view. 4. If someone calls you a jagoff, it isn't a term of endearment. 5. It's pop, not soda. 6. We only use Heinz Ketchup 7. If you order ice cream, it's Jimmies on top, not sprinkles. 8. Don't swim in the river...trust me on this one. 9. If you ask for directions, be prepared to get them without 1 street name being used. All landmarks. 10. Learn what a Pittsburgh left is, and abide by it. Finally, welcome to our city, we hope you have a great time at the draft! Go Steelers!!!

@stevemagness Was the dramatic drop starting in 2008 due to economic factors with the recession and budget cutbacks, or was the ongoing decline a result of government policies?

In 2008, 62% of teachers said they were very satisfied with their job. In 2022, that dropped to 12%. We've got a serious problem brewing in education...

I predict a sharp rise in lymphomas in the future given the popularity of tattoos. Many inks contain harmful and carcinogenic heavy metals that clog the lymph nodes. The body cannot detox these heavy metals…that’s why the ink never “leaves” your skin!

What produces inflation? Milton Friedman had the answer decades ago: “Too much government spending and too much government creation of money - and nothing else.”

16 unit we manage. One of the slowest leasing seasons I have seen in a while. Luckily it is picking back up. This bad boy is almost full. What months do you typically see leasing pick up? March/April?

I'm not sure if it's an LA thing or not but some tenants want everything done just shy of doing their laundry for them. A lot of maintenance requests could be handled with WD40 and a screwdriver. Is this just an LA thing or everywhere?

The largest U.S. health insurance companies aren’t just insurers anymore. They own hospitals, employ doctors, run clinics, operate pharmacies, and control pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) that decide which drugs you can get and how much you pay. In one revealing moment at a Senate hearing, executives were asked to raise their hands if their company: - Owns/controls a health insurance division - Employs providers or owns clinics/specialty pharmacies - Owns/controls a PBM - Has a legal duty to maximize shareholder value Almost every major hand stayed up. They diagnose, treat, dispense drugs, set prices, and decide coverage—all while legally obligated to prioritize profits over patients. One entity now controls almost every step of your healthcare journey. That’s not competition. That’s consolidation.

@timburchett Yeah, and that canopy that could have been saved with proper maintenance is destroyed now. It's almost like the CEO of @NESpower hasn't a clue about what she's doing.

The CEO of ⁦@NESpower⁩ saying “I don’t want us out destroying the canopy.” Thanks to her “not destroying the canopy” we’ve been out of power for 8 days straight, and an ice storm completely obliterated “the canopy.”
