16 unit we manage. One of the slowest leasing seasons I have seen in a while. Luckily it is picking back up. This bad boy is almost full. What months do you typically see leasing pick up? March/April?

@AlTayWeiss Its everywhere. I've seen leases with minor repairs under $150 tenant responsibility($100 pre covid inflation.)

I'm not sure if it's an LA thing or not but some tenants want everything done just shy of doing their laundry for them. A lot of maintenance requests could be handled with WD40 and a screwdriver. Is this just an LA thing or everywhere?
