One thing I have noticed over the past 20 years of Coaching. Pitchers who consistently throw strikes usually keep doing it at every level. It’s not 100%, but the majority of the time… strike throwers stay strike throwers.

If coaches at the college rely heavily on PBR and Perfect Game for qualifying metrics then what about after? These kids are forced to put more emphasis in qualifying than learning the game. This brings coaches that only care about them qualifying too. Very confusing model…
