Just out from @CarePrevent! Of our 455 participants, 78% street homeless history, 64% abscess/cellulitis & 47% related hospitalisation. High hospitalisation rates for treatable & preventable conditions highlights a broken & discriminatory system. journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…

I would also add that people read @pwidpride's paper on delayed healthcare seeking and normalised pain, with interview data taken from the @CarePrevent study. The paper and our participants' words add deeper context than numbers alone could ever provide. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
