Labour is soft on criminals. National is tough on crime.

Local government isn’t working the way it should. We’ve got 78 councils across New Zealand with confusing layers that too often result in duplication, disagreements, and decisions that defy common sense. That makes it harder to deliver the basics like roads, water, and housing. Councils now have three months to put forward practical proposals that reduce duplication and deliver better services and value for ratepayers’ money. We’re giving councils the chance to lead, and many are keen. But for those that don’t, we will step in. Either way, change is coming.

NEW DEAL SIGNED 🇳🇿🇸🇬 We’ve just locked in an agreement with Singapore to keep fuel coming and New Zealand moving. It means petrol and diesel will keep flowing even in uncertain times, and we’re building stronger reserves at home to protect our country from global shocks and disruption.

Three years ago, @chrisluxonmp said he’d deliver a Free Trade Agreement with India. It’s being signed on Monday.

Parents can have confidence National is delivering education that is focused on raising their kids’ achievement.

If Christopher Luxon got on a plane Labour would have been criticising the PM for his fuel usage. Labour are barking at passing cars while National is ensuring fuel supply for Kiwis and targeted support to those who need it the most.

National has delivered tougher consequences for criminals, banned gang patches, and put more Police on the beat. We’re seeing results.
