I just finished watching this "debate." My observations: - David Wood came to have a conversation about morality and orthobros aligning with Muslims against Christians. - Andrew Wilson came to win a debate. Honestly, it was a fairly fruitless discussion in terms of the topics, but it was worth seeing how these guys handled 3 hours of going back and forth. David came out looking way better, standing firm on what we know are foundational Christian truths. Andrew seemed to not be able to understand basic Christian beliefs, which was something David hammered on in the middle section. For instance, he appeared to think that "non-denominational" somehow means "I'm hiding what I actually believe." It was just really weird. Maybe he was just playing ignorant? Has Andrew ever given a steelman definition of a Protestant's view of salvation?
