@CenterPoint Total of 15 hours without power. Thankfully it was restored about 2 hours ago. What infuriates me is the fact that it took them so long to fix the issue and I have a feeling it was because only SIX homes in my neighborhood were affected.

@CenterPoint electricity went out at 7:50 pm…. Still no power!! 6 houses out on Autumn Harvest Drive and Golden Sunshine in zip 77064. No trucks to be seen. WHEN will I get power??????

@CarlaCAC @ATT I finally spoke to a human‼️🙄 Said that a 🗼 in Chicago overheated? due to the weather. They are working on it. To reset our Receiver (I believe vs router) every 2 hrs to ✔️ if it's up. I had left my # for a callback last night, just rec'd it. In TX 🇨🇱✌️

@ATT Please inform ALL your customers the status of Uverse service!!! I will not wait on hold for an Hour+ to speak to someone. Pretty dangerous weather to have widespread outages!!!! I have been with UVerse since 10 pm central.
