hey @CenterPoint why do the poorer neighborhoods who've had outages since 11am have no restoration ETA, but wealthy neighborhoods who've only been out for the past 30 mins have ETAs? what exactly is the explanation? my cold food that I just bought yesterday is going to go bad

@CenterPoint I have been without power since 1152a. What is the deal? To do major repairs on whatever it is in the middle of the day in Houston. @CenterPoint you are quick to raise prices on the consumer. Charge a penalty fee if there is a late payment. Still waiting on the power

@CenterPoint have lived in my house 20 years with same meter and you decide to change my meter twice in 6 months both times your contractors can not get water heater going and break the valve resulting in no hot water plus the expense of a plumber. Unacceptable!
