New first dose appointments at St. Joseph’s & St. Michael’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be released today at 7 p.m. Eligibility criteria now includes those with at-risk health conditions such as diabetes, respiratory diseases (i.e. asthma) & more. bit.ly/3s6aCPX

@shctoronto Did you release the appointments before 7:30? When I entered the waiting room at 7:30 there were only 64 spots left. I was in the booking system for 25 minutes clicking around and there were no appointments left. The verto engage system is not transparent.

I refreshed the page yesterday at 1 p.m. and the estimated wait time went from 1min to 1hr. By the time I got to the booking page 1.75 hrs later there were no more available spots.

@Will_Lau @Swordlover18 @amanda_hadfield Hi William, prior to 1 p.m., Verto will show a maintenance page that will instruct people regarding when appointments will be available for each clinic and to refresh their page at that time. There will not be a queue before 1 p.m.
