@DpdUkOfficial Terrible service today for my 92 year old mum who is waiting for delivery of a replacement phone which is over 2 hours late and no revised ETA. This is totally unacceptable. Over 2 hours ago, the tracking was showing her parcel was 3 stops away, we have had nothing since then.
