@DpdUkOfficial Terrible service today for my 92 year old mum who is waiting for delivery of a replacement phone which is over 2 hours late and no revised ETA. This is totally unacceptable. Over 2 hours ago, the tracking was showing her parcel was 3 stops away, we have had nothing since then.

@UnderArmour please be aware that the DHL delivery service you use to deliver your items is absolutely dog poo and sadly I won’t be ordering anything else from you in the future.
Bunch of lying scrotes who say they tried to deliver but couldn’t be arsed and lied about it. Cheers

Hello, I was expecting a delivery yesterday between 5 & 6 as per WhatsApp msg from DPD. It didn’t arrive, I’m sure it will probably arrive today but I cannot track it as the tracking page is displaying an error message.
