@HM_Passport Will ten weeks to get an answer on the phone. Suppose to fly on Monday shameless taking people's money and telling you your old passport will be sent back on time. One last push PEX 350 333 0241 won't hold much hope though. Cut off every time

@HM_Passport Please change your website advice stating the you don’t need to fast track if you are travelling more than 3 weeks time!!!! This is contradictory and you are hugely impacting multiple people’s lives!! Unacceptable!!!!

@HM_Passport Any one approved today can you let us know the docs received date. Due to fly next week and desperate to be approved this week. Mine is docs received 14th sept
