So nearly for me since day sent off 9 week turn around

@passportwaiting How accurate are the times ? First uk says 28 days that seems really reasonable but you have lots of people on here waiting super long

@Rebecca45986641 @phoenixpestsolu @passportwaiting Got a text this morning, and an email and the syetm was updated. All pretty much at the same time. If you added you phone number to the system, and checked the box to say they could send you updates via phone, they will text.

@passportwaiting Just spoke to a really brilliant lady at Bootle - Sue. Basically, we applied thinking my son would still be 15 when the passport was issued - but its been 8 weeks and now he's 16. So, it went to an examiner yesterday who can't issue a child passport - Sue is trying to resolve! 🤞

@HM_Passport Hi I replied beginning September and showing on system from 13 th September when I applied and rang and spoke to a progress team member was told renewal no more than 5 weeks . I don’t understand why some that have been later than mine have been processed?
