Its not a Conspiracy when you can go outside yourself and look up - or just keep pretending this has always happened..
@bsec_wales@BollocksWeather@CRIXUSwasHERE And schoolboy error number 2 - assuming FR24 shows all aircraft. It does not, I assure you. A bit like looking at the sky and assuming only the stars you can see with your own eyes are the only ones there.
@CarrierWaveOnly@BollocksWeather@CRIXUSwasHERE Not at all Sir. I use flight radar. Flights at their least were down to about 10% of today's figures. It is density of contrails that causes interactive effects.
@bsec_wales@BollocksWeather@CRIXUSwasHERE I think you’re making that classic schoolboy error of assuming just because you couldn’t go on holiday then that no one else was flying. How do you think your Amazon delivery got there? Plenty of flights took place during that period, you just choose to ignore that fact.
NEW: Reform are subsidising prices at a petrol station in Buxton to promote their proposal to cut fuel duty in the wake of the Iran War - more on @skynews later
@EdwardJDavey You’re a fucking moron Davey.
If we were drilling our own oil and gas we would obviously be making a fortune if energy prices increase.
Bellend.
@agilepredict Nothing to do with international events - wind generation tomorrow is down at 4MW due to the weather, ridge of high pressure across the UK. 4th March peak should be cheaper than tomorrows peak.
The Muslim community in #DentonAndGorton are so sectarian backward and reactionary they voted for a woman MP from a party led by a Jewish Gay man. Seems about right…
I’d be starting to look for a new job if I worked at @manairport or @bartonaerodrome this morning. The Green Party will make sure both airports start to decline, mark my words.
@DidTwisted@BostonWeatherUK@PaulBlight6 The Met Office are a public body providing a public service, so they shouldn’t be privatising data! Maybe no ones ever asked them for it?
Update on the new East Anglian Radar being installed- at Old Buckenham. We are now just a few months away from it being added to the Network. It will be the first addition to the network since 2009. I understand from my sources that the tower is up and the RADOME (the golf ball) is being installed around now or has just been completed.
What will follow now is a period of Testing and evaluation to make sure calibration is suitable and all is working.
The Met office is expected to make operational the radar and add it into the Radar Network by June for the All important UK Convective Summer Storms and we will have 1KM Radar for the 1st Time ever over East Anglia and be able to track storms moving WNW from The Netherlands and Belgium with much greater accuracy. This will benefit the warnings that get issued by the Met Office and Partner agencies like the EA for warning of flooding.
Can't wait to see it operational and with some Thunderstorms moving WNW :)
