A year ago, we ran a thought experiment: What would happen if two kids in a garage built an AI-native version of Cars24? If that happens, they won't just win because they will be cheaper, faster and more efficient, but also because their customer experience will be fundamentally better. So instead of waiting for the same to happen to us, we decided to rethink & disrupt ourselves. Our AI Letter by Jayesh is a testament to the same. Today in the org: - 20% of conversational volume is handled by AI. - 100,000+ inspections run through AI models every month. - 85% of the company uses AI daily. - And AI reviews 100% of our production code. But I would say the real win would be a collective culture shift. Our operators build with it. Our engineers architect with it. Our business teams solve problems with it in real time. AI Autonaut. That’s my Slack status these days. I changed it a few weeks ago. Partly as a nudge to the team and partly as a reminder to myself. We are at a point where using AI can’t be optional anymore. Not just as a tool, but as a way to rethink how we work & how we move faster with the same teams. And the truth is, if we don’t lean into it now, we’ll fall behind on things we care about building. I have been spending a fair bit of time on this personally. Working closely with teams, hiring, partnering and trying to reimagine parts of the business from scratch with AI in the mix. But very quickly, you realise, there’s only so much you can figure out on your own. A lot of this is still being discovered in real time. I thought it would be useful to bring a few people together who are going through the same thing. Think of it as an evening with fellow product leaders, AI PMs and engineers, talking about what they’re building and what they’re still trying to figure out. This is notable because the problem was big enough for people to download an app and keep it forever. Vehicle Info will continue as a standalone app with its own team, while we work together on a shared vision: solving vehicle ownership, not just vehicle transactions. Very poor experience with @Cars24Support . My Hyundai Venue 2019 is stuck at HSR service center with constant delays and no clear update. Every day it’s “tomorrow,” but still no car. Technician not responding either. This is unacceptable. I want a refund #Cars24

@vikramchopra Don't watch war updates & PLZ don't watch the @cars24india listing, please watch this -I bought this car in July25 ans it's been 8.5 months appx and it went to garage 6th time again for overheating and again I'm specdong exorbitant amount on daily office travels.
