@Cars24Support full payment not received even after 3 weeks. Nirav Shah from cars24 is a fraudulent person. Customer care team is also pathetic.

@smartcityrajkot I filed a complaint two times on the RMC app for drainage overflow but nobody is responding. Complaints are getting closed as solved without any resolution complaint number 24414666 and 24413178. Nobody even contacted me.

@amazonIN have always had a great experience regarding customer service until now. Contacted customer service twice regarding my recent order but still no resolution.

Finally the issue has been resolved by the local service centre @tvsmotorcompany Thanks for the support.

Don't ever give your vehicle for service at TVS Madhav service station, Udyognagar Rajkot. Their service standard is so poor. I had taken my scooty there four times but still issue not resolved. They never have the parts and will say it can take 10 more days @tvsmotorcompany

@SodexoIndia First you don't send new cards automatically when old cards expire. A month goes by. After it is highlighted you send the new cards. Then you don't transfer the balance to new cards. You don't reply on emails. Sad state of affairs.
