Terrible Customer Service with @Torrid and they're credit card! One of their agents set up recurring payments for the wrong date, so I've gotten late fees. I called andwas told it would be taken care of. Which it still hasn't and today I'm on my 5th call after being disconnected.

@OneMain My husband went in to sign loan documents. He was led to believe the insurance had to be on the loan. I called back to question it and was met with attitude. I was told you can cancel it but you'll still have to pay for it. This is fraudulent and I want it removed!

@ChickfilA I order on the App to save time, then have to wait 30 mins inside just to be told my order disappeared?!?! Then when I call customer service I get no where because the lady just wants me to update the app. Please reach out, this is crazy.

@WomanWithin I am STILL dealing with my issue of missing merchandise that I paid for on JULY 15, 2020 but haven’t received. Your website shows my order as “ready to go”, whatever the hell that means. I have emailed, called, worked with supervisors on this problem. FIX IT!
@Kitty_16 I have been on the phone all night and have talked with several supervisors. The first time I contacted them they said wait. When I contacted them again here we are over the 60 days and I was told to bad. I can't believe the way I am being treated
@CaseySnodgrass I finally got my refund after months of trying. But the amount of proof that I had to provide to show that I had really contacted them within their 2 month window was ridiculous! 😡

@WomanWithin I’m taking my complaints to Twitter because your customer service has been horrendous over email. I bought $70 worth of clothes from your company on July 15, 2020 and I have yet to get them. The order status says “shipped”. Tracking ETA keeps changing dates. HELP ME.
