Just having a form for leaving a review You can give them a 1-5 experience scale and if they give anything from 1-3 you send then to the next step to leave a “trustpilot” review which stays in your form If they give anything from 4-5 then push them to trustpilot to actually leave a review Hope that makes sense (all theoretical tho)

Found a brand scaling hard on woocommerce instead of shopify And its clear why they are there, lol They use a lot of claims like "FDA" approved which would get shutdown on SP in minutes. Well not really... They could still run on shopify but use a CRM for their backend so they don't have issues with SP. This is what a ton of brands do now even if they are 100% white hat. You don't lose out on anything by using a CRM instead of Shopify backend and I would argue a good CRM is way better than the shopify backend. You still get: - native checkout - fully customisable upsells flows - better tracking than most 3rd party tracking softwares - and everything is fully customisable you can split a/b test everything you could imagine. obviously the biggest perk is you being on a private processor.
