@Sephora please help. I called Sephora three times Friday because an uber driver picked up my order, left, then cancelled and kept it. I had rude customer service twice then a supervisor who said he was going to get my refund. It’s two days later and no refund. Order 823517005504

Hey @UberEats you should really look into this order. Because the first driver assigned picked up my $80 Sephora order, left with it, then cancelled it and never brought it back. Hope he enjoys his Rhode blush and Ciele skin tint because I sure won’t get to.

@fentybeauty I dont know if you can help, my How Many Carats?! Body Lava is my pride & joy. But the pump stopped working. No matter what I do it pumps but wont dispense! (Believe me, I tried everything, I spilled 3/4 of the bottle in doing so 😩😢). Do you sell replacement pumps?

@mercari_app please help. I ordered from the app, usps shows it as delivered on 1/27/26 but it never came. Ive checked with neighbors and everywhere around my home. But it’s now here. Your customer service refused a refund and said it was delivered. I have cameras… it’s not here

So I really love @TheFreshMarket, their bakery departments 🔥. But I think I’m gonna have to start going elsewhere for baked goods. Your single slices of cake are half the size they used to be but still the same price and that’s really crappy. My cheesecake is a sliver not slice

One day after I posted about how horrible @Petco has been with my dogs passing while @Chewy has been amazing, this arrived. It’s post dated 12/28, it was sent only days after he passed. Not because I praised them online but because they care. Thank you Chewy, I’ll treasure this.

@Chewy Thank you. He was the best part of my life and I miss him so much. But you guys have been amazing honestly. I had to call a few times because Petco sent his scripts to you and I got emails. But everyone was so kind and caring and listened to me cry and say how amazing he was.

On that note, while I’m promoting ditching @Petco after the insane trauma they’ve inflicted, can I recommend solely @Chewy instead? They didn’t do anything special after he passed, but they did shut down all emails, cancelled his scripts, & memorialized him. And had compassion

@HelpRefundDesk No thanks. I have no interest in ever talking to anyone at Petco again. You spammed me with SEVEN reminders for care and scripts AFTER I let vetco, Petco, & vital care know of his passing. I had to open my email & see “Zero is due for…” over and over. Also not trouble, trauma

If you use vetco @Petco & have vital care+ cancel it. Because if your pet dies theyre about to traumatize you w/ dozens of emails about care & approved scripts & make you call them 12 times to beg them to stop. Oh & will delete your pets profile instead of memorialize as asked 😔

@Sephora Ive been fighting to simply reset my password & access my account for 36 mins. The customer service “agent” in the chat was copy & pasting full paragraphs from a script (they forgot to erase bits) that were irrelevant. Ive been on hold forever. This is wild & stupid.

Man. I spend so much money at @ultabeauty, like so much. I’m a diamond member and I go in regularly to the point the cashiers know me. But after the last two experiences with the manager at the Hingham MA location I’m out. I’ll buy my products directly from the brands from now on
