Ok, made the decision to not watch it in cinema. I’m not giving this my money. I was actually excited when it was announced! I’ve been reading the Iliad and the odyssey since I’m a teenager and my father loves Greek mythology so much he named me Helen. I grew up with these myths.

Japan has seen a huge rise in bear attacks over the last couple of years, with record fatalities reported last year and more incidents already this year. In some areas, bears are turning up near homes, schools and construction sites often enough that it’s become a national issue. So naturally, Japan’s response has been to build giant robotic wolves with glowing red eyes and terrifying sounds to scare them away. And apparently… it works. The “Monster Wolf” was created by Japanese company Ohta Seiki in Hokkaido. It flashes lights, moves its head and blasts random noises when animals approach. What started as a way to stop deer damaging crops is now being used against bears as sightings and attacks keep increasing.

Baffling. One would assume that they want to share their heritage with the world. That said, I took plenty photos while in MANN. The problem however is no matter the angle, something pops up and ruin the photo - like lamps here with Aphrodite. Most of museums in the West do their specialized photoshoots. Italians don't :(
