Grief is hitting me quite hard lately and I haven't really shared as it feels like sharing the same feelings over & over, but that is what grief waves are.... #Grief

@gumkenth Drink vitamin C with the iron tablet/iron rich foods. I upped my iron levels with dried apricots and broccoli mostly. No red meat needed! Dr was amazed!

Been prescribed iron tablets for 4 months due to being anaemic. If anyone can share any tips to keep iron levels up thereafter, please let me know. I'm already introducing beetroot and spinach into my diet. I have floradix on standby once my course is complete. 🌿
