$AVXL. The presentations and Investors Business Daily interview have given me supreme confidence about the drug AVXL 2-73, but I have lost confidence in CEO Missling as the chief communicator for Anavex.

$AVXL. Okay, so the BIIB drug added 14 Billion to BIIB stock value. The AVXL drug 2-73 is far more effective. Say 28 Billion in market cap, meaning twice as valuable as BIIB's drug, which be supplanted. Get the stock price up so the company can quickly produce and distribute!

@crypyoHB This will be HUGE news. We the millions waiting for effective treatment are Watchung. And the likes of Jim Cramer and Oprah are ready to give us good news.

@CatbirdLit Yet will the market react the way it did with BIIB? I've seen lots of new outlets, BBC articles etc all haling BIIB. I bet AVXL wont get the same recognition and will probably not go up that much in price somehow..

$AVXL SLOWED cognitive decline by 45% over the 48 weeks versus just a 27% slowing of cognitive decline by the Biogen drug. Also Biogen saw brain swelling problems, 2 deaths. AVXL sees confusion in patients, 3% dropped out of study.

Alzheimers patients typically get worse. The patients on AVXL 2-73 GOT BETTER! Over 48 weeks of treatment. We will see what happens as the study is extended for another 96 weeks. I want this drug for my mother. Hurry with approval!!

$AVXL drug AVXL 2-73 ON AVERAGE improved cognition by over 4 points on the ADAS scale. That is all that we need to know, really. 4 points is incredible, and accomplished in 48 weeks of morning pills. When the higher dosages are analyzed, we will be more amazed.

$AVXL. The Biogen Alzheimers drug added about $14 Billion to its market capitalization. The #AVXL drug works much better. Should add at least $20 Billion to the market cap of AVXL.

What's really interesting is that actual improvements were seen in cognition over the course of 48 weeks. This seems fast-acting or long-lasting. Either? Both?

$AVXL. This is a landmark day in neurology. Manipulation of SIGMAR-1 is proven to have manifold effects on brain function. I hope the research can advance quickly in this direction!!

Confusion was a minor problem, but should be mentioned. Falling was actually reduced in those receiving the drug though.

@Publius80 Yes, if you look at what the Biogen Alzheimers drugs did to their share price, this AVXL drug should be worth more just on Alzheimers.

$AVXL. I would not be surprised if $AVXL stock goes over $100 per share in 2022. The molecule 2-73 is worth 10 to 20 Billion on its own. They also have 3-71coming. Trials for Parkinsons, Fragile X, Rett, and another yet unnamed disease, all upcoming.

$AVXL produced a 4 POINT improvement in ADAS Cog scores, among those who did improve their scores. Insane. Many treated with AVXL 2-73 actually IMPROVED their cognition by an amazing amount!! Biogen happy to slow deterioration. AVXL actually makes a portion of people SMARTER!
