Neeses made here in Greensboro is furtherest east I know of for livermush. Growing up, I thoughout everyone ate it. 🤣

@DirtyMoMedia @DaleJr Get Hunter's livermush made in Marion, NC. My mother made some one time and when she told my wife how it was made, my wife stopped eating it for a while. Yes, you do use some of the fat from the head of the pig.

@DirtyMoMedia @DaleJr My husband loved some livermush. We couldn't get it in NJ, the closest thing here I think is scrapple. The only thing is it makes a lot of popping and oil splatter when I fried it. 😂

I think I'm approaching 100,000 tweets, with some being mini-books. If you like any of that stuff (including transcripts), I suggest you save it bc this account may be going away. Same with my blog. My engagement continues to get worse and plummet so I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to do this. I've tried my best and, for whatever reason, my account, with 95,000 followers (and lots of new folks every day), does worse than when I had a few thousand followers. In the summer of last year, the X algorithm changed and everything I posted was doing really well. It felt good. But a few months ago, it changed again and my account went down the tubes. Musk has said that smaller accounts would benefit from these recent changes, and I DO see smaller accounts kicking ass, even if they tend to put out info. that's partially inaccurate. Mine has done the opposite. I've asked folks if they could make the effort to Like and Reply to my tweets so more people would see them and my hours and hours spent on certain posts would be worth it. For the most part, the opposite has happened. I'm not gonna beg for engagement and I'm not gonna engagement farm. Hey, I tried my best and gave it my all on here for 9 years, non-stop and on other platforms (mostly my defunct email newsletter) for the last 30 years. Been a good run but, as I said the other day, I think the tribe has spoken. No matter what I decide, thanks for the support over the years.
