@LeShuttle_Help Can you explain how come with a Flexiplus ticket costing 4x more than a normal ticket it’s been 1h we are stuck at Calais border control ? How come on a day of end of half term only so few booths are open for the border control and there absolutely no priority for the Flexiplus.

@virginmedia it has been 3 weeks now that our wifi is really unreliable. Sometimes on and sometimes off. When I check our hub it keep saying there an issue and a technician is aware. But can we know what is going on and when it will be fixed ? SW198RR

@virginmedia It just says for weeks now there is another issue with broadband a technician is working on it come back later for an update. The wifi is soooo unreliable for weeks now this can continue like this
