We are working on a fascinating problem! When I joined, it made me curious: to recover the secret in LWE is to find a high-dim pattern in the data, where ML has shown advantages, but problems with modular arithmetic feel intrinsically hard for ML. We've been making progress!

Huge thanks to my coauthors and especially the first author @CathyYLi who is just amazing at handling this huge project. Before this, I thought my coauthors were just being crazy... I was wrong, LLMs (+ human designs) can break some Crypto systems.
