▫️ La PlayStation Store se cayó.
▫️ Miles de personas pasaron por caja para comprar unos juegos en formato 100% digital.
▫️ Otros miles renovaron su suscripción a PlayStation Plus.
Por eso Sony está prescindiendo del formato físico, quienes lo preferimos somos un nicho.

之前类似于自己给自己总结 skills 之类的工作可以看成 Harness 方向的自进化中比较初级的一种形式：从 prompt 层面进行自进化。

Likely harness engineering will evolve in the direction of self-improvement and enable auto-research, and, in turn, smarter models keeps harnesses simple. Claude Code 有个很值得养成的收尾习惯：
每次关掉一个长会话之前，先让它写「交接文档」。
直接输入：
「这个会话要结束了。请写一份交接文档存到 HANDOFF.md：我们在做什么任务、已经完成了什么、当前卡在哪、下一步计划是什么、有哪些踩过的坑绝对不要再踩。写给一个完全没有上下文的新会话看。」
下次开新会话，第一句话就是「先读 HANDOFF.md」。
这一步特别适合跨天推进的大任务。
因为 AI 的记忆以会话为界，你的项目以周为界，中间的落差，每次都靠你口头补，又累又漏。
聪明但每天失忆的员工，最需要的不是变得更聪明，是一本工作日志。
这其实是给 AI 建「跨会话记忆」的最低成本方案：不装任何插件，一个 md 文件就够。
