@RealismHelps @ListerLawrence @robprogressive For a person with a mortgage who’s paid NI for 30 years and has a partner who works earning over £23k with one child together there are ZERO other benefits available. I know, because I was laid off over covid & that was my deal (was £72 a week then.)

In my opinion we need to do these 5 simple changes: 1) Only allow UK citizens to use our NHS, everyone else should pay or have insurance. 2) Change pension age so it is in line with longevity. 3) Job seekers for 6 months only after which you are given a bin bag and automatically become a litter picker for your local council. 4) No Blue Badges for mental health illnesses. Only for people who are physically incapacitated. 5) Pay MP’s £500k per year and the PM £3m per year so we get some actual talent in these jobs.

Psychiatrist Dr Gary Duffield has picked up 9 points by doing 22mph twice and 25mph twice ( one speed awareness course) in London.
