@FirstCymru She was at the quadrant, Swansea, heading to Pontardawe. Two busses were in the bays both signed X6. The time came and went for the 19:05 to leave. She didn’t want to leave the seats in case a driver turned up. The driver for the 20:05 arrived at 20:07. No explanation or apology.

@FirstCymru the 19:05 X6 didn’t run. No information given. The driver for the 20:05 turned up late. Awesome service. I would speak to someone but the help desk shuts at 19:00 because who needs help finding busses home at night right? Just a teenage girl trying to get home.
