DOGE is going through federal government records to find excuses to make Democrats enemy #1. Mark my words. They don’t care how much they lie, that’s their end goal.

Not seeing it mentioned enough, but Trump and his kids are making billions off this war. They bought into start-up defense businesses, then gave those businesses huge no-bid contracts.

Just to remind all of the conservatives lying and saying the No Kings Rallies are a bunch of “paid professional protesters” — the Trump administration paying influencers $8 million to push pro-ICE propaganda online, is what “paid professional protestors” actually look like.

NEW: After being accused of climbing into bed with a minor female relative while erect and wearing only his underwear, grabbing her waist and touching her legs to the point where she was "brought to tears," GOP lawmaker Rodney Creech is asking Republicans to send him back for another term in the Ohio House, touting endorsements from the Ohio Republican Party and Preble County Republican Party. Another day, another astroturf 'movement' funded by the usual suspects: Soros millions to Indivisible, Singham's dark money pipeline to PSL and CodePink pushing actual communist 'revolution' rhetoric. $3 billion in annual revenue across ~500 orgs, tax-exempt perks included, all to manufacture 'No Kings' outrage against a duly elected president. Real grassroots doesn't need a professional protest industrial complex bankrolled by billionaires with agendas. This is coordinated opposition theater, not organic dissent.

@AlecLace Every true American patriot should be crying about what Trump has done to this country. If you’re not crying, you’re supporting a pedophile grifter who started a war in order to make himself and his rich buddies richer.

The Trump FCC sees its job quite explicitly as the destruction of all opposition. There’s no principle or virtue here. What’s being celebrated is the destruction of any liberal principle or shared value. MAGA folks can say “well we kind of feel like you did this to us, or want to do this to us” but notice that’s not a principle. “We’re violating this rule bc we think you did” is the opposite of virtue. It’s a justification for why you can violate a virtue that you still believe should apply when the shoe is on the other foot. Virtue signaling can be annoying. But it’s being replaced with the open celebration of vice and authoritarianism. Which is so much worse.

I've tried rewriting this to be less angry… Screw that. I'm fucking sick and tired of the GOP pretending like they can't do anything. WHAT THE FUCK YOU MEAN "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING"??? Don't any of you realize what's at stake here? Do any of you actually give a damn about the country or where Democrats will take it once they gain power? Are you not paying attention AT ALL to what's happening? If Democrats win the midterms... it's over. Fucking done. No DOGE cuts. No Executive Orders codified. No opportunity to cut legislative regulations. None of it. And guess what happens after that? They start passing bills. They actually do everything you won't do, for God-only-knows-what-reason... They nuke the filibuster DAY ONE. They start ramming through insanity. Transgender plays in Uganda are back. Elmo in Afghanistan comes back. NPR/PBS funding is back. ICE gets defunded. ALL OF THIS IS ON THE TABLE AND YOU DO... …NOTHING TO TRY TO STOP THE ABSOLUTE SHIT STORM THAT IS ABOUT TO BEFALL YOU???? YOU CAN’T EVEN PASS THE SAVE ACT SO AT THE VERY LEAST WE CAN HAVE ELECTION INTEGRITY??? YOU WON'T DEFUND THE FUCKING TALIBAN???? WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE GOP????!!!!!! The playbook is obvious. It's been staring you in the face this entire time. Yet you are content to ONCE AGAIN TAKE LOOOOOOONG vacations and make bullshit tweets, Fox News appearances and cringe-ass TikTok videos and do podcasts blaming Democrats. WE DO NOT GIVE A SINGLE FUCK ABOUT YOUR CONTENT. NOT ONE!!! We want you to deliver results. That's ALL WE HAVE EVER WANTED FROM YOU. Do any of you seriously think you'll win again without Trump on the ballot to drag your sorry asses over the finish line? You think you'll be able to come back home and look us in the eye and make up excuses for why you didn't deliver? No way. Maybe that worked for you in the past, but not this time. The stakes are far, far too high. Stop talking about what you’d do, “if only you had the power.” You have power. Right now. Today. And if you’re too cowardly to use it… then STOP ASKING FOR MORE OF IT FROM US. “We can’t do anything” is no longer a valid excuse for your pathetic performance, it’s just a confession that you don't care enough to try. It’s you admitting you’re fine with losing. You’re fine with the country going to hell in the hands of the Left. Would you PLEASE fight for us by actually PASSING LAWS???? Use every lever you’re allowed to touch and make Democrats explain, on record, why they’re voting the way they’re voting. Put clean, single-issue bills on the floor and make them vote yes or no. Make them OWN it. If your own GOP leadership blocks it? Then NAME them. LOUDLY. Don't let them hide. Be relentless. All gas, no breaks until the midterms. I am literally watching you treat the most important moment in politics like a content calendar... ...and I’m telling you right now, our collective patience for this crap is GONE. And Trump won't be there to save you either when it's election time and you ask us for votes and we ask you for your record. None of us are asking for perfection. We’re literally just asking for ANY PROOF AT ALL that you care about America enough to save her. Deliver results. Or don’t be surprised when the people you keep taking for granted stop showing up to rescue you from yourself.

First, Trump boots critical outlets from the WH press pool, Hegseth drives reporters out of the Pentagon, and Trump's FCC Chair menaces networks. Now they launch a state‑run app for "no‑filter" news. This is them replacing a free press with a propaganda feed.

Terrifying reality check. The US military is 45 percent people of color, yet the administration has purged leadership so that almost every top commander is now a white man. They are intentionally destroying the meritocracy to build a loyalist, segregated army

Most Americans wouldn’t recognize a coup even if a foreign government bought the Congress and the major media, ran an intelligence agency driven blackmail scheme compromising top officials, pushed us into a war that isn’t ours, and had politicians lining up to pledge loyalty abroad; flying over for photo ops to kiss walls while neglecting their own people. Good thing nothing like that is happening.

@BasedMikeLee AFTER you lose in November, the democrats will unleash hell on this country. Unless you pass the SAVE Act, by hook or by crook. Only that will energize enough conservative voters to come out in November.

Mike Lee@BasedMikeLee·
The Senate GOP has exactly two options if it wants to avoid drifting into irrelevance and a stunning loss in November: (1) Keep the filibuster and 60-vote cloture rule fully intact, but stand ready to overcome Senate Democrats’ unprecedented pattern of obstruction by aggressively enforcing the “talking filibuster”—a move that would require senators to work longer, harder hours and take fewer recesses, but lead to more thoughtful, careful deliberation in the legislative process, OR (2) Nuke the filibuster. I strongly prefer the first option. But we must choose either one or the other—because the status quo isn’t working and the resulting inertia isn’t just making it impossible to pursue a coherent agenda; it’s hurting the American people. What’s your preference?

@BasedMikeLee Option 1 is better for democracy, but only if people actually work. If they just want to talk and block everything, then it’s better to go with Option 2. Country cannot wait for endless debates.
