@cineworld hi, I have had an email to say my booking has been cancelled for Jaws in 4dx tomorrow, why would this be the case? There is no other screenings available for me to see this now

@cineworld So the full screening has been cancelled ? It says there’s still screenings today and tomorrow online. I have bought 5 tickets for £4 each but now if I go Monday -Thursday it is going to cost £18 per person… can this price be honoured for the other nights?

@Cc97X Hi Claire, unfortunately we can see this has been cancelled due to a technical issue in the screen we're afraid and we do apologise for any disappointment caused. Should there be any further showings this will be reflected on our website with the most up to date showtimes.

@McAfee_Help I did request to chat to a live agent and it said I would need to speak to someone on the phone, I need to request a refund as I have been charged for an auto renewal
