This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret.
So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options.
I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

Is this unconventional, sure it is. However it works. The guests loved the idea of a flower man and everyone had fun. In my opinion anyone who had anything negative to say should just keep it to themselves. He played his role like a court jester preparing everyone for the main event. I don’t feel he took away from the bride and groom, in fact I think he complimented it very well. I think that any body who is willing to have a flower man at their wedding are cool and chill people. I would totally go to this and I know most people would too. He broke boundaries while having a blast doing it, that’s my take on this.

I’m 33 and for the first time since I turned 18, I’m registering as an independent.
2026 will also be the first election I’ve opted not to vote in.
I’m not going to be gaslit that we have a country to save.

I don’t know the laws in TX & it’s Counties.
A few years back while walking one of my rescues, a pittie mix a new neighbor got afraid and called Animal Control, Miami-Dade Police & our HOA.
When animal control got there, I immediately went outside and closed the door behind me. They asked to see my dog and come in. I said NO! They tried scaring me & threatening. I made it clear that unless they had a court order he wasn’t coming into my home.
Right after the police came (although to be clear there were really kind) I said there was no reason other than she didn’t like my breed.
The following day the HOA sent a letter, I fought back and when their Attorney called. I reminded her that Miami-Dade no longer had a breed band and that the HOA couldn’t discriminate based on my breed.
I never again heard from anyone again.
So is this about some crazy laws in TX?
Pet parents know your rights.
I’m sure each county & state has their own laws & bylaws but know your rights.
I’m in a different county now & I made sure to comply with the county but also know my rights.

In Texas, this dog was labeled “DANGEROUS.”

Yet a Texas city declared this little dog “dangerous” and hit the owner with a $525 fine.
No mauling. No injury at all.
A woman at a dog park simply claimed the dog “scared her.”
That’s it.
This is why cases like Hachi, Jack, Zak, and #SaveLucy matter so much. When laws are stretched this far, any dog and any owner can become the next target.

In April of 2021 horrible, racist graffiti was found in the stairwell at Albion College in Michigan.
Sprawled on the walls were hateful messages like "KKK White Power" & "Die N*gger Please"
Liberals country-wide cried outrage!! Albion students were enraged and student marches were quickly organized to fight this evil racism! (see below)
This incident was part of a string of racist incidents that started the month prior.
Albion College later identified the perpetrator as a single student, a Black male. And suddenly no one at Albion College cared about racism anymore. The marches ceased immediately, the perpetrator's name was never released, and it was swept right under the rug.
What are the odds of that...
