Hassan Joho, CS for Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, should be fully aware of the impact plastics have on the ocean and should lead the way in advocating for measures to reduce the use of plastic drink bottles. The impact of plastic pollution is felt more in our water bodies, than any other place, and I feel his office has a great responsibility in championing for protection of our oceans.
