@SF_investigates The bigger question is why did the Uber driver pick up a 14 year old ( minor). It goes against the company's community guidelines. He should have declined the ride. That driver should also be charged.

A couple of months ago, we disclosed that #D4vd was under investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and that contact had been made with him by the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department. That was confirmed yesterday and will effectively eliminate any defense that he did not know Celeste’s age. As we stated, detectives made David Anthony Burke aware of Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s age, even though he already knew. What is also very troubling is that Celeste was at home in Lake Elsinore on April 23, 2025, when David sent an Uber to bring her to the Hollywood Hills. She had been reported missing a full year earlier, and it was never reported to detectives that she was no longer a missing person. She was not attending school. April 23, 2025 was a Wednesday, a school night. She should never have been traveling 80 miles in an Uber to meet David. #CelesteRivasHernandez

Sebastian Rogers has been missing for two years from Hendersonville, Tennessee. His mother, Katie Proudfoot, recently sat down with the media for an interview. It makes me angry when she portrays herself as a mom that has been searching endlessly since Sebastian went missing. I can assure you that has not been the case. Nancy Guthrie As discussed over the past week, obviously the decision has been made for the FBI to oversee Nancy's case in a Task Force setting. *AUSAs on-board *Moved to Phoenix *The sheriff, taking a backseat in terms of speaking to the press; his PIO is handling comments *Reallocation of SO resources Monday will apparently be the official day. Look for several Pima County officers to be assigned to the task force. They will stay involved, but the overarching case will be the responsibility of the FBI as discussed. The FBI has venue as it is a kidnapping and Nancy has been gone over 24 hours, so it is presumed state/international lines were crossed.
