Anyone else had issues with @lowri_beck? 4 appointments now, days off work unpaid, & still no smart meters fitted. Requested alternative engineer after appt 2, same engineer appointed to appts 3 & 4 & he keeps cancelling 😤 only 1 engineer to cover N.Wales??
