@stevemagness The idea is interesting, but the book isn't well written. How many times does he talk about 45/15 intervals in the first 100 pages, but they aren't explained until page 160. Also he seems to use threshold, sub-threshold and the golden zone interchangeably.

It seems like the market is slowing waking up to $BLLG Blue Lagoon Resources. They started mining gold in December 2025 in Canada, the first sales have started and Q1 2026 should be great for them already given the current gold price!

I don't like Trump or RFK, but this is really good stuff. 6-11 servings of bread, cereal, rice or pasta as the base layer of the old food pyramid was a joke.
